🐰 A Branded Family Experience in the Heart of Shepherd’s Bush

🎯 Client Objective

West 12 Shopping Centre wanted to deliver a lively, family-focused Easter event that would encourage footfall, boost engagement across retailers, and position the centre as a community-first destination during the school holidays. The goal was to create a simple but smart activation that blended physical exploration with branded visibility, all within a single-day format.

💡 Our Creative Approach

We designed a bespoke, centre-wide Easter Hunt that wove together interactive discovery, branded assets, and instant rewards. The emphasis was on ease, visibility, and delight, inviting families to explore the centre, interact with shopfronts, and collect custom stamps to complete the hunt.

 

🥚 Window Egg Vinyls: 10 fully branded Easter egg decals using static cling vinyl, designed to pop across glass shopfronts without leaving residue.

📘 ‘Eggventure Pass’ Hunt Cards: 200 double-sided A5 custom-stamped passports, featuring six collectable stamp slots, branded instructions, and sleek curved edges for a polished finish.

🍫 Prizes for All: Traditional Easter treats and allergen-safe alternatives ensured inclusivity across age ranges and dietary needs.

📣 In-Centre Promotion: Pull-up banners, in-hand flyers, and fast-turnaround artwork built buzz across the centre in the days leading up to the activation.

🚧 Event Challenges
As a one-day event in a high-footfall retail space, the experience needed to be:
Highly visible but non-disruptive,
Easy to join and complete within a short visit,
Logistically smooth, with quick install and minimal back-of-house footprint.

Development of all branded assets (vinyls, cards, signage, stamps, artwork).
Staffing and live management for guest check-in, support and prize fulfilment.
Use of static cling graphics and modular signage to simplify installation and removal, no tools or downtime required.
