A Multi-Sensory Brand Experience Curated for Gate Group

🎯 Client Objective

Commissioned by Gate Group, this immersive showcase was created for Thai Airways as part of a key catering tender presentation. The objective was to deliver a refined, sensorially rich experience that communicated Thai Airways’ values - luxury, cultural authenticity, and care - while also reflecting how deeply valued they are as a client.

The event needed to feel more than functional: it had to “wow” at every touchpoint, demonstrating the catering team’s ability to go above and beyond to impress

💡 Our Creative Approach

Working at Gate Group’s corporate HQ, we transformed a high-security, functional business environment into a serene, theatrical brand showcase. Drawing on Thai aesthetics, wellness cues, and hospitality principles, we created a journey across three distinct zones - entrance, lounge, and tasting/presentation - layered with sensory details and brand-aligned materials.

 

Event Zones & Features

Entrance & Lounge Styling: Thai orchids, floating candles, soft violet silks, and subtle scent diffusion signalled elegance and calm from the moment guests arrived.

Tasting & Tea Stations: Curated with Fortnum & Mason teas and custom crockery, all beautifully styled with rose gold and branded accents.

Presentation Zone: Gallery-style layout with ambient lighting, gold plinths, fresh florals, and layered textiles to heighten storytelling.

Signature Touches: Jasmine and lemongrass fragrance, curated lighting, and warm, tactile tableware brought cohesion and atmosphere.

🚧 Event Challenges

Extremely Short Turnaround: With less than two weeks' notice, we designed, sourced, installed, and delivered a full-scale, immersive event under tight creative and logistical pressure.

Operational Sensitivity: As the venue was an active, high-security corporate office, our work had to be non-disruptive, with installation and teardown carefully coordinated to avoid interrupting day-to-day operations.

High-Stakes Audience: The event was a live tender presentation from the catering company to their potential client, Thai Airways - meaning everything needed to feel exceptional, heartfelt, and totally on-brand.
