Clacton Shopping Village and Hornsea Freeport approached us with a clear goal: increase family footfall, dwell time, and retail spend over the Easter weekend. They wanted to re-energise their spaces, attract new visitors, and create a lasting impression that would encourage future returns.

Additionally, managing popular IP like Bluey required careful scheduling and crowd control planning to ensure a seamless experience.

Partnered with Fresco (Hornsea) to incorporate themed food offerings, including custom Bluey milkshakes and ice cream — with queues stretching across the site.
Designed the experience to be modular, allowing brand consistency while adapting each element to the unique physical layouts of Clacton and Hornsea.
